Photovoltaic panel characterization

A photovoltaic laboratory had to be designed from scratch, equipped and made operational for the characterization of photovoltaic panels. I defined the technical specifications, supervised its construction and selected the scientific equipment.

Impact: laboratory still operating after more than ten years.

Thin-film photovoltaic cells

Thin-film photocells should be cheaper than silicon technology. I created a research facility to manufacture thin films forming photovoltaic heterojunctions. The LabMat is already working and developing new devices.
